Today we were invited to attend a session of dermatology conference in Hyatt hotel in Kathmandu. We reach there at 10.45 am. Our session was started after 1 hour late than it was planned. We attended the session. After session we thought to taste something in this hotel. Coffee was not served in the conference for us. Because we were not invited formally. We had coffee at this hotel at coffee lounge today at around 2pm. We were served coffee with average quality. During that coffee time we had asked for drinking water and we waited almost 20 minutes for water. Again we reminded but lady waiter ignored this. Worst experience in such a deluxe hotel. Coffee serving lady’s service was good.
We live in KTM and like to come for breakfast and a day by the pool. We love it. It’s definitely the best breakfast buffet in all of KTM and very affordable. The pool area is fantastic with kids and our favorite pool to hang out at in the city. The staff is great there and very welcoming. Will definitely come back over and over again. Only the pool menu could use an upgrade, lacks variety
I stayed for 3 days after my trekking and it was amazing. The rooms are big and comfortable. The bathroom really clean. Everything you would expect from a 5 star hotel. The staff was really nice and always help you with what you need. The breakfast is good (not amazing) and the dinner buffet is good price for what you get. It is real good value for the price you pay, highly recommend.
