VJ and his team at Surya are amazing! Such a kind, engaging staff and a great hotel! I spent 4 nights here in total—1 before trekking and 3 upon my return before flying home to the States. Amazing rooftop!

Great location and extremely friendly and helpful staff. Sometimes the AC would not work so that can be a challenge but that is typical for Kathmandu. We stayed here before and after our EBC trek and highly recommend

We had a really good stay at Surya Heritage Hotel. The hotel is service oriented. The staff at check-in were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast team made mornings easy with great service and a nice variety of food. We appreciated the free luggage storage while we went trekking. The head massage at the spa was also a great way to relax... We’re looking forward to staying here again next week for the third time!
